Sleep: Still sleeping well, just waking up with neck pain/headaches. The chiropractor says my neck muscles are loose, allowing my neck to move around more than usual.
Movement: Some days I feel a lot and some not so much. Luckily, a friend let me borrow a fetal doppler so I listen for baby's heartbeat if I get worried.
Food cravings: Lately I've been into the frozen type sweets: ice cream, frozen custard, frozen yogurt.
Gender: Unknown
What I miss: Really missing Russ as we travel to see family here soon. It's a bummer when he misses family get togethers (with either of our families) because of his job, but it's the nature of the beast and it hopefully won't be like that for too many more years to come.
What I am looking forward to: Traveling to New Mexico to spend time with the Jasso side of my family....we're having a mini reunion of sorts. It'll be great to see them and I'll hopefully have a chance to meet up with my friend Ashley somewhere in the mix as well.
Milestones: Baby can most likely detect light and dark.
Baby Size: cucumber
Weekly Wisdom: If you're not already doing pregnancy stretches, it's not too late to start. There are some that are really great for relieving the back pain that most of us suffer from at this point. Be sure to check with your doctor first though before starting any new exercises/stretches.
